Jessie Malay celebrated her daughter Alessandra's first birthday with a dreamy winter party, welcoming friends & family to their Los Angeles home for the first time since renovating. The party was nothing short of beautiful blooms, balloons, and tables topped with the Noir and Blanc collections to make for an elegant celebration any one year old could only dream of. 

The dining room was the central focus of the event, with a floral backdrop created by Irises Designs framing the dessert bar. The piece was composed of winter florals such as anemone, silver brunias, ranunculus, winter roses, and touches of pampas grass.

The dessert table was topped with creations from Cindy at SweetLeeMade. All of the desserts reflected Alessandra’s personality with everything from "One" floral cookies, to unicorn cake popsicles and Madeline towers. 

The backyard was transformed into a cozy oasis filled with everything your inner child (or adult) could wish for.  A balloon garland by Party Shop Avenue decorated the adjacent popsicle stand by Pacific Organic Party Pops. Their customized popsicle menu had guests of all ages lining up for seconds. 

Malay had previously used our Goddess and Blanc collections for her blush inspired baby shower a little over a year ago & loved it so much that she decided to include another one of our collections for Alessandra's first. For her birthday party, she decided to incorporate the Noir Collection to match the black accents at the party. 

Backyard tables were ready for guests to lounge with their little ones. Our Black Striped Large Paper Plates were topped with Goddess White Marble Small Paper Plates and our White Marble Colorblock Paper Cups to make for a stunning tablescape perfect for any age. 

Maravilla Latin Cuisine joined the party with their food truck, parked right in the driveway! Guests were invited  to indulge on fresh handmade empanadas, warm tortilla’s, and marinated meats on their customized menu. 

Adults got to sip on champagne at the bubbly bar, thanks to OneHope wine! The silver and gold glitter champagne bottles were the perfect fun touch for parents to celebrate.

For the little ones, the family room was filled with huge stuffed animals and bears so the babies could have a little space to have playtime with each other. Little Giraffe even provided a mix of plush toys and blankets that say LOVE on them for all of Ále’s friends!
